Facebook Pages Not Appearing in the List

If your Facebook Pages do not appear in the list when connecting Osortoo, the issue usually comes from missing permissions, Page roles, or an incorrect Facebook session. You can follow the steps below to resolve it.

1. Check your Page role

Only Pages where you have Admin access appear in the list.
Other roles such as Editor, Moderator, or Analyst do not have the required permissions.

To verify your role:

  • Go to your Facebook Page
  • Open Settings → Page Roles
  • Confirm that your profile is listed as Admin

If you are not an Admin, ask the Page owner to update your role.

2. Reconnect Osortoo with full permissions

If Facebook permissions were skipped or altered, the Pages will not load.

To reset permissions:

  1. Go to facebook.com/settings
  2. Open Business Integrations
  3. Find Osortoo
  4. Remove it
  5. Return to Osortoo and connect again
  6. Accept every requested permission

This step restores access to all Pages your profile can manage.

3. Use the correct Facebook profile

If you manage multiple profiles, make sure you are logged in with the one that has Admin access to the Page.

Log out of Facebook completely:

  • Click your profile picture on Facebook
  • Choose Log Out
  • Log back in with the correct profile
  • Try connecting again on Osortoo

4. Confirm that the Page is active

Inactive or unpublished Pages may not appear in third-party integrations.

To check this:

  • Go to your Page settings
  • Make sure the Page is published and active

5. Enable cookies and pop-ups

Facebook uses cookies and pop-ups to display the Page selector.
If they are blocked, the list may stay empty.

Allow:

  • third-party cookies
  • pop-ups for facebook.com
  • pop-ups for osortoo.com

6. Disable interfering extensions

Ad blockers, privacy tools, and certain plugins can block Facebook scripts.

Turn off extensions temporarily, or open Osortoo in an incognito/private window.

7. Try another browser

If the list still does not load, try:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Edge
  • Safari

A browser reset often solves loading issues.
