How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund for your Osortoo subscription in specific situations. Refunds depend on your plan, your payment date, and the reason for the request. The steps below explain when refunds apply and how to submit a request.

1. Refund Eligibility

You can ask for a refund when:

  • You were charged more than once mistakenly
  • Your payment was processed but you cannot access your plan
  • A technical issue prevented you from using the service
  • A billing error occurred during subscription
  • You upgraded by accident and want the situation corrected

Refunds are evaluated case by case.

2. Refunds not Covered

Some situations are not eligible:

  • you used the platform normally during your billing period
  • you request a refund after several weeks of usage
  • you changed your mind after completing successful giveaways
  • you canceled your plan but want a refund for a past billing cycle

Osortoo does not issue refunds for completed usage periods.
