Osortoo offers refunds in specific situations. Refund eligibility depends on the type of issue, how recent the payment is, and whether the service could be used normally. The points below explain when a refund can be approved and when it cannot.

1. Eligible Situations

You may qualify for a refund when:

1.1. You were charged multiple times

Duplicate or accidental charges are refundable.

1.2. You paid but did not receive access to your plan

A technical issue may prevent the subscription from activating.

1.3. You experienced a confirmed technical problem

If a platform or system error prevented you from using the paid features.

1.4. A billing error occurred

Examples:

  • wrong plan activated
  • incorrect amount charged
  • unexpected upgrade

1.5. You upgraded by mistake

If you selected the wrong plan and contacted support immediately.

Osortoo reviews each case individually to confirm eligibility.

2. Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are not issued for the following situations:

2.1. You used the service normally

Completed or partially completed usage during the billing cycle is not refundable.

2.2. You changed your mind after using the features

If giveaways were created or videos/exports were generated, the period is considered used.

2.3. You request a refund long after the payment

Osortoo evaluates only recent payments.

2.4. You canceled but want past payments refunded

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund previous charges.

2.5. You lost access because of failed payments

Failed or blocked payments do not qualify for refunds.

3. Timeframe for refund review

Refund requests must be made soon after the charge.
Osortoo cannot process refunds for charges made long before the request.

4. Subscription type considerations

Monthly plans

Refund eligibility applies only to the most recent charge.

Yearly plans

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • how recently the payment was made
  • whether the yearly features were used

Yearly plans offer a lower price in exchange for a full-year commitment, so refund conditions are stricter.

5. Requirements for approval

To approve a refund, Osortoo may verify:

  • the plan activation status
  • whether features were used
  • whether the issue was caused by the system
  • whether duplicate charges occurred
  • how recent the payment is

Providing screenshots speeds up the review.
