You can update your credit card at any time to ensure your subscription renews without interruptions. Updating your card replaces your previous payment method and applies to all future charges.
Follow the steps below to change your credit card details.
1. Go to your Billing section
Steps:
- Log in to your Osortoo account
- Click My Profile
- Select Billing
This page displays your current plan, renewal date, and payment information.
2. Open the payment method settings
In the Billing section, look for the option labeled Update Payment Method or Change Credit Card.
Click it to open the secure payment update screen.
3. Enter your new card information
Provide the required details:
- card number
- expiration date
- CVC code
- billing address (if requested)
Make sure all fields match the information on your bank account.
4. Save your new payment method
Click Save or Update to confirm the changes.
Your new card becomes the active payment method immediately.
5. Verify the update
After saving your card:
- your Billing page shows your updated payment method
- your next renewal will use the new card
- future transactions will apply to the updated details
You do not need to re-subscribe or re-purchase anything.
Important notes
- Updating your card does not interrupt your current subscription
- You are not charged immediately unless you upgrade your plan
- Your previous card is removed from active use
- Make sure your card supports online and recurring payments
If your update fails, contact your bank to enable online or international transactions.
6. Troubleshooting
If the update does not save:
- disable ad blockers
- try a new browser
- check your internet connection
- confirm your bank accepts subscription payments
If your payment failed before updating:
Your plan may remain active for a short grace period.
Update your card as soon as possible to avoid account downgrade.
