Osortoo allows you to export your giveaway data in different formats based on your plan. Exports help you analyze participants, verify entries, create backups, or share results with your team.
The sections below explain every export format available.
1. Excel (.xlsx) export
The Excel export is the main export format used in Osortoo.
It includes:
- participant usernames
- comments
- timestamps
- number of entries
- unique IDs
- platform information (FB/IG/YouTube)
Excel files allow you to sort, filter, analyze, or combine entries easily.
Available in:
- Free (limited)
- Starter
- Business
- Pro
Paid plans include more detailed columns.
2. CSV (.csv) export
The CSV export gives you a simplified, universal text-based file that you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any database system.
CSV is useful for:
- importing into CRM tools
- analysis software
- custom reporting
- merging datasets
Available in:
- Starter
- Business
- Pro
3. JSON export (advanced use)
Some paid plans support a JSON export for users who want to work with structured data for:
- automation
- custom integrations
- analytics tools
- advanced programming workflows
JSON contains the raw structured comment data retrieved from platforms.
Available in:
- Business
- Pro
4. Video export (Pro plan)
The draw video export is available for Pro plan users.
After you pick a winner, Osortoo generates a video:
- showing the spinning wheel
- revealing the winner
- including your giveaway name
You can download it and share it on social media or use it as proof of fairness.
Available in:
- Pro plan only
The video remains available for a limited time unless downloaded (see “Why draw videos get deleted automatically”).
5. Manual list export
If you upload manual entries or merge data from multiple platforms, Osortoo lets you export the consolidated list.
This export contains:
- imported entries
- added entries
- filtered participants
Available in:
- Free (basic)
- Starter
- Business
- Pro
6. Mixed-platform export
If you run a giveaway mixing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and manual entries, Osortoo generates a unified export containing all platforms in one file.
Columns include:
- platform source
- username
- comment
- timestamp
- entries per platform
Available in:
- Starter
- Business
- Pro
7. Limitations
- Deleted comments never appear in any export
- Restricted users are excluded
- Replies to comments may not always be accessible
- Export size depends on your plan limits
- Some formats require a paid plan
These limitations come from platform restrictions and API rules.
8. When to contact support
Contact support if an export:
- does not download
- is incomplete
- shows an error
- displays fewer comments than expected
Include:
- your account email
- giveaway link
- export type (Excel, CSV, JSON)
- a screenshot of the issue
