You can clear your account history in Osortoo by deleting projects, removing giveaway data, and resetting stored information. Osortoo does not include a “one-click full reset,” so you must clear your history manually. The steps below explain how to remove all giveaway-related data from your account.
1. Delete each giveaway project
Your account history is stored inside your giveaway projects.
To clear it:
- Open your Dashboard
- Locate a giveaway
- Click the options menu
- Select Delete
- Confirm the action
Deleting a giveaway removes:
- all participants
- all imported comments
- all filters
- all winner selections
- all draw videos (paid plans)
- all logs and internal data
Repeat the process for every giveaway you want to remove.
2. Clear manual entries and uploaded lists
If you added manual participants or uploaded CSV/Excel lists, deleting the giveaway also deletes those entries.
No extra action is needed once the project is removed.
3. Reset filters and settings
Osortoo keeps your default filter settings inside each project.
When you delete projects:
- filters reset
- rules reset
- no leftover data remains
Your account returns to a clean state for future giveaways.
4. Check if your account still shows data
Once all giveaways have been deleted:
- your project list becomes empty
- your participant history disappears
- no winner logs remain
- no exported files are stored inside Osortoo
Your account is now cleared.
5. Delete your account if you want a complete reset
If you want to remove everything permanently, including your login information and billing data, you can delete your entire Osortoo account.
Steps:
- Go to My Profile
- Open My Account
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm the action
This removes all giveaways and your full account permanently.
Important notes
- Clearing your history by deleting giveaways cannot be undone.
- Export your data before deleting anything if you need records.
- Osortoo does not keep deleted giveaway data on your account.
