Cancel My Plan

You can cancel your Osortoo subscription at any time. Canceling stops all future renewals, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. The steps below explain how to cancel and what happens afterward.

1. How to cancel your subscription

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Osortoo account
  2. Go to My Profile
  3. Click Billing
  4. Select Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Your plan stops renewing immediately after you confirm.

2. What happens after cancellation

Canceling your plan does not remove your access right away.
Your subscription stays active until your current billing period ends.

After the end of the cycle:

  • your account switches to the Free plan
  • premium features become unavailable
  • you keep access to your dashboard
  • you keep all your giveaway projects

You do not lose any data when you cancel.

3. You will not be charged again

Once you cancel:

  • no future charges occur
  • no hidden fees apply
  • no additional confirmation is required

Your previous payments remain valid until the cycle ends.

4. How to verify your cancellation

You can confirm your cancellation in the Billing section.

Check the following:

  • your plan shows “cancels on [date]”
  • your renewal date does not change
  • your payment method no longer shows upcoming charges

This confirms your subscription is set to end.

5. Restarting your plan later

You can restart your plan anytime.

How:

  • go to Billing
  • choose a new plan
  • confirm the upgrade

Your premium features activate instantly.

6. Important notes

  • Canceling does not delete your account
  • Canceling does not delete your giveaways
  • Canceling only stops future renewals
  • You can continue to use the features until your cycle ends
