Osortoo allows you to delete the history of a giveaway when you want to clear your data, remove past results, or prepare a fresh draw. When you delete a giveaway, all associated information is permanently removed from your account.
Follow the steps below to delete your giveaway history.
1. Open your Osortoo dashboard
Log in to your Osortoo account and access your main dashboard.
All your giveaways appear in your project list.
2. Select the giveaway you want to delete
Locate the giveaway you want to remove.
You can delete:
- completed giveaways
- draft giveaways
- test giveaways
- mixed-platform giveaways
Osortoo removes the entire project and all associated data.
3. Click the options menu
Each giveaway has a small options icon next to it.
Open this menu to view additional actions.
4. Choose “Delete”
Click Delete to remove the giveaway.
A confirmation message appears.
5. Confirm the deletion
Click YES or Confirm (depending on your interface).
Once the action is confirmed:
- the giveaway disappears from your dashboard
- all participants are removed
- all imported comments are erased
- all winner results are deleted
- all draw videos (paid plans) are removed
The deletion is permanent.
Important notes
- Deleted giveaways cannot be recovered.
- All filters, comments, winners, and logs disappear permanently.
- If you need records for reporting or legal compliance, export your Excel file before deleting the project.
6. Deleting all giveaways (full cleanup)
If you want to clear your entire history, delete each giveaway one by one.
Osortoo does not offer a “delete all” button for security reasons.
Summary
To delete your giveaway history:
- Open your dashboard
- Select the giveaway
- Click the options menu
- Choose Delete
- Confirm the action
The giveaway and all related data are permanently removed from your account.
