How to Access Receipts & Invoices

You can access your receipts and invoices directly from your Osortoo account. Every successful payment generates a receipt, and every completed billing cycle generates an invoice.
Follow the steps below to find, view, and download them.

1. Go to your Billing Section

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Osortoo account
  2. Click My Profile
  3. Select Billing

Your Billing page displays:

  • your active plan
  • your renewal date
  • your payment history
  • your receipts and invoices

2. Open your payment history

Inside the Billing section, you will see a list of past transactions.

Each entry includes:

  • payment date
  • amount charged
  • plan name
  • status (completed or pending)

Click any transaction to open its details.

3. View or download receipts

Receipts are available immediately after a successful payment.

How to access:

  • locate the transaction in your payment history
  • click View Receipt
  • download or print it if needed

Receipts show the amount paid, the payment method, and the date of the charge.

4. View or download invoices

Invoices are available after each completed billing cycle.

How to access:

  • open your Billing page
  • find the invoice associated with the completed payment
  • click View Invoice
  • download or print the PDF

Each invoice includes:

  • billing address
  • plan name
  • payment date
  • amount
  • invoice number

If your billing address is incomplete, invoices may not generate (see “Invoice not generated”).

5. What if I don’t see my invoice?

An invoice may be missing because of:

  • pending payment
  • incomplete billing address
  • wrong login email
  • payment not fully processed
  • manually activated plan

You can correct these issues and refresh the Billing page, or contact support to generate the invoice manually.

6. Where receipts are sent by email

Osortoo also emails a receipt after each successful charge.

Check:

  • Inbox
  • Spam
  • Promotions (Gmail)
  • Junk folder

Search for “Osortoo” if you cannot find it.

7. Need help with invoices or receipts?

If you cannot access your documents, contact support:

Include:

  • your account email
  • date and amount of the charge
  • last 4 digits of your card

Support can regenerate or resend your documents.
