Steps to reset your password
1. Go to the Sign In page
Visit osortoo.com and open the Sign In section.
2. Click “Forgot Password”
Below the login fields, click the Forgot Password link.
3. Enter your email
Type the email address you used when signing up for Osortoo.
Click Submit to request a reset link.
4. Check your inbox
Open your email inbox and look for a message from Osortoo.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
Open the email and click Reset Password.
5. Create your new password
You will be redirected to the password reset page.
Enter your email, choose a new password, and confirm it.
Submit the form to finalize the reset.
6. Log in with your new password
Return to the Sign In page and enter your email along with your new password.
Notes
- The reset link is valid for a limited time.
- If you do not receive the email, verify that you entered the correct address.
- The email must match the one used for your Osortoo account.
- You can repeat the process if needed.
