When Osortoo tries to charge you and you get an error message it could be due to several reasons:
- Online or International purchase for your account are disabled. To fix this please contact your bank and make sure that you have the ability to make online or international purchases with your credit card.
- Incorrect billing details entered. Usually this are your credit card number or your CCV number at the back of your credit card. Please make sure that the details you enter are correct.
- Expired or Invalid credit card. Check the expiration date of your credit card and make sure that it’s still valid.
- Insufficient funds on your account. Check your credit card balance and make sure it’s sufficient to cover the pending payment.
