You can reset your Osortoo account by clearing your giveaway data, deleting projects, and removing stored information. Osortoo does not offer a single button for a full reset, so the reset process is done through a series of actions. The steps below describe how to return your account to a clean state.
1. Delete all giveaway projects
Your account stores history inside your giveaways.
To reset your account, start by deleting each project.
Steps:
- Open your Dashboard
- Find a giveaway
- Open the options menu
- Click Delete
- Confirm the action
Deleting a project removes:
- participants
- imported comments
- winner selections
- draw videos (paid plans)
- filters and rules
- logs and internal records
Repeat this for every project.
2. Remove all manual entries and uploaded lists
If you added participants manually or uploaded CSV/Excel files, these entries disappear once the giveaway is deleted.
No extra action is required.
3. Reset filters and giveaway settings
Filters and settings belong to each project.
By deleting all giveaways, you automatically reset:
- tag filters
- keyword filters
- duplicate filters
- blacklists
- date and time filters
Your account becomes ready for new giveaways without leftover rules.
4. Verify that the account is empty
A full reset requires an empty dashboard.
After deleting all projects:
- no giveaway appears
- no participant list remains
- no winner history remains
- no stored draw videos remain
Your account now behaves like a new installation.
5. Delete your account for a complete reset
If you want a full system reset, including your login credentials and billing information, you can delete your entire Osortoo account.
Steps:
- Go to My Profile
- Click My Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the action
This action removes everything permanently.
Important notes
- A reset cannot be undone.
- Make sure to export your Excel files if you need backups.
- Osortoo does not store deleted giveaway data.
