Your Osortoo subscription renews automatically based on the plan you choose. Renewals ensure continuous access to all features without interruptions. The sections below explain when renewals happen, how they are charged, and what to expect before and after the renewal date.
1. When your subscription renews
Your renewal date depends on your billing cycle:
Monthly plans
Renew every 30 days from the original purchase date.
Example:
If you subscribe on March 12, your next renewal takes place on April 12.
Yearly plans
Renew once per year on the same purchase date.
Example:
If you subscribe on August 5, the renewal takes place on August 5 of the next year.
2. How renewals are charged
Osortoo charges your saved payment method automatically.
No manual action is required.
What happens at renewal:
- the system processes your card on file
- your subscription continues instantly
- you receive an email confirmation
- your access to premium features stays active
The entire process happens in the background.
3. If the renewal payment fails
Your subscription may not renew if the payment method cannot be charged.
Common reasons:
- expired credit card
- insufficient funds
- bank blocking the transaction
- incorrect payment details
What Osortoo does:
- retries the payment automatically
- keeps your plan active for a short grace period
- sends a notification if renewal fails
If the payment continues to fail, your account may switch to the Free plan.
4. How to stop a renewal
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Canceling stops future renewals.
Important:
- your plan remains active until the end of the current cycle
- you will not be charged again
- your account switches to the Free plan when the cycle ends
Canceling does not delete your account or giveaways.
5. How to check your next renewal date
You can check your renewal date directly in your account.
Steps:
- Go to My Profile
- Click Billing
- View your renewal date next to your current plan
- Check your past payments and transaction history
This section shows your full billing timeline.
6. How plan changes affect renewal
Upgrading your plan
- takes effect immediately
- triggers a prorated charge
- resets your renewal date based on the new plan
Downgrading your plan
- takes effect on the next renewal
- does not interrupt your current billing cycle
