You can manage several Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts inside Osortoo as long as they are correctly linked to your Facebook profile. Osortoo allows you to switch between Pages, select the right Instagram account, and run giveaways on multiple profiles from one dashboard.
The sections below explain how multiple Page management works and how to avoid common issues.

1. You must be an Admin on all Pages

Osortoo loads only the Pages where you have the Admin role.
Other roles (Editor, Moderator, Custom roles) do not give full permissions.

How to check

On Facebook:

1. Go to Page Settings
2. Open Page Roles
3. Confirm that your name appears as Admin

If not, ask the Page owner to assign the correct role.

2. Osortoo loads all Pages connected to your Facebook account

When you connect Facebook inside Osortoo, the system loads:

• your personal profile
• every Facebook Page you manage
• every Instagram account linked to those Pages

You can choose the Page you want to use during giveaway creation.

3. Selecting the correct Page for each giveaway

Each giveaway must be linked to the Page or Instagram account where the post was published.

Steps:

1. Select your Facebook account
2. Select the Facebook Page that owns the post
3. Select the Instagram account linked to that Page (if needed)

Choosing the correct Page ensures that Osortoo retrieves comments properly.

4. Instagram accounts appear only through their linked Pages

Instagram accounts do not appear independently.
They appear only through the Facebook Page they are linked to.

If an Instagram account is missing:

• check if IG is a Professional account
• verify that IG is linked to a Facebook Page
• confirm that you are Admin of that Page

Once the link is correct, the Instagram account appears normally.

5. Switching between Pages

You can switch Pages anytime:

• during giveaway creation
• when selecting new posts
• when re-authenticating Facebook
• when reconnecting Instagram

Just disconnect and reconnect Facebook to refresh your list of Pages.

6. Common issues when managing multiple Pages

The Page does not appear

Reasons:

• you are not Admin
• Page is unpublished
• Page was not selected during Facebook permission setup
• old Facebook session interfering

Fix:
Reconnect Facebook and select all pages when asked.

Instagram account not showing

Reasons:

• IG not professional
• IG not linked to a Page
• wrong Page selected

Fix:
Link IG → Page → reconnect Facebook → select that Page → select IG.

Wrong Page selected

If you accidentally select the wrong Page, Osortoo cannot load comments.

Fix:
Reopen the giveaway and select the correct Page.

7. Best practices for managing multiple Pages

• always know which Page published the giveaway post
• keep your Facebook Page roles updated
• link each Instagram account to the correct Page
• reconnect Facebook regularly to refresh permissions
• enable all permissions during login
• avoid mixing personal and business profiles in the same session
