You can deactivate your Osortoo account if you want to stop using the platform without permanently deleting your data. Deactivation removes your access while keeping your information stored in case you want to return later.
What deactivation means
When you deactivate your account:
- you can no longer log in
- your giveaways are paused
- your data remains stored
- your account can be reactivated later
If you want to remove your account permanently, use the Delete Account option instead.
Steps to deactivate your account
1. Log in to your Osortoo account
Use your email and password to access your dashboard.
2. Open your profile
Click your name or profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
Select My Profile.
3. Go to “My Account”
Click My Account to open your account settings.
4. Select “Deactivate Account”
In the Account Information section, locate the Deactivate Account option.
Click it to begin the process.
5. Confirm the action
A confirmation window will appear.
Click YES to deactivate your account.
Your account becomes inactive immediately.
How to reactivate your account
You can reactivate your account by contacting our support team.
Provide the email linked to your account, and we will restore access.
