How to Update My Billing Address

You can update your billing address at any time. A correct billing address ensures that your invoices are generated properly and that your payment method is accepted without issues.
Follow the steps below to update your billing information.

1. Go to your Billing Section

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Osortoo account
  2. Click My Profile
  3. Select Billing

This section shows your subscription details and billing information.

2. Open the Billing Address settings

In the Billing page, look for the option labeled Billing Address or Update Billing Address.
Click it to open the address form.

3. Enter your updated billing information

Fill in all required fields:

  • full name
  • company name (optional)
  • street address
  • city
  • state or province
  • ZIP or postal code
  • country

Make sure the information matches the address used by your bank.

4. Save your changes

Click Save or Update to apply the new billing address.

Your updated address becomes active immediately and will appear on your future invoices.

5. Verify the update

After saving:

  • your Billing page will display the new address
  • your next invoice will use the updated information
  • past invoices will remain unchanged (for accounting compliance)

6. Why updating your billing address matters
